⏰ Volunteer Arrival:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shift to check in, receive your assignment, and get settled.
👕 What to Wear:
Comfortable, weather‑appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for walking on the course. We’ll provide volunteer badges and any materials you need.
🍽️ Food & Refreshments:
Volunteers will have access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Lunch and dinner will also be provided for volunteers during their shifts.
